GENERAL STATEMENT
Aylo is committed to the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility and ethical conduct.
Aylo will aim to:
– ensure that it’s operations are in harmony with relevant legal regulations,
– strengthen the basis of mutual confidence with the society in which it operates,
– help to improve the foreign investment climate and sustainable development.

 

GENERAL POLICIES
Contribute to economic, environmental and social progress with aim to achieve sustainable development. Respect the internationally recognized human rights. Encourage local capacity building through close co-operation with the local community. Create employment opportunities and facilitating training opportunities for employees. Refrain from seeking or accepting exemptions not contemplated in the statutory or regulatory framework related to human rights, environmental, health, safety, labor, taxation, financial incentives, or other issues. Develop and apply effective self-regulatory practices and management systems that foster a relationship of confidence and mutual trust with the society in which it operates. Encourage business partners, including suppliers and sub-contractors, to
apply principles of responsible business conduct compatible with the OECD Guidelines. Abstain from any improper involvement in local political activities.

DISCLOSURE
Timely and accurate disclosure of information on all material matters regarding their activities, structure, financial situation, performance, ownership and governance. Aylo will apply high quality accounting and financial standards.

 

HUMAN RIGHTS
Treat all employees with the utmost dignity and respect according to the highest standards of human rights. Contribute to the effective abolition of child labor, and take immediate and effective measures to secure the prohibition and elimination of the worst forms of child labor as a matter of urgency. Contribute to the elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor and take adequate steps to ensure that forced or compulsory labor does not exist in their operations. Be guided throughout their operations by the principle of equality of opportunity and treatment in employment and not discriminate against their workers with respect to employment or occupation on such grounds as race, color, marital status, age, gender, disability, religion, political opinion, national or social origin, or other status. Promote consultation and co-operation between employers and workers and their representatives on matters of mutual concern. Provide the best possible wages, benefits and conditions of work, within the framework of government policies. Take adequate steps to ensure occupational health and safety in their operations. Employ local workers and provide training with a view to improving skill levels. Not threat employees with, or subject them to, harsh or inhumane treatment, including: verbal abuse and harassment, psychological harassment, mental and physical coercion, and sexual harassment. To ensure that all work is voluntary. Involuntary labor includes the transportation, recruitment or employment of persons by means of threat, force, coercion, abduction, fraud, or payments to any person having control over another person for the purpose of exploitation. To ensure that employees’ contracts are prepared in accordance to Law and labor regulations.

 

WORKING HOURS
Supplier shall follow all applicable laws and regulations with respect to working hours, weekends, annual leaves and holidays.

 

WAGES AND BENEFITS
Supplier shall provide at least the legally defined minimum wages and benefits to all employees. Supplier shall communicate pay structure and pay periods to all workers.

 

ENVIRONMENT
Aylo will establish and maintain appropriate system of environmental management and continually work on improvement of corporate environmental performance.

 

COMBATING, BRIBERY, BRIBE SOLICITATION AND EXTORTION
Promote employee awareness of and compliance with company policies and internal controls, ethics and measures against bribery, bribe solicitation and extortion.

 

SUPPLY CHAIN
Aylo requires its suppliers to operate in accordance with the principles stated in this CSR and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

CONSUMER INTEREST
Ensure that provided goods and services meet all agreed or legally required standards for consumer health and safety.

Provide accurate information on the prices and, where appropriate, content, safe use, environmental attributes, maintenance, storage and disposal of goods and services. Respect consumer privacy and take reasonable measures to ensure the security of personal data that they collect, store, process or disseminate.

 

SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Aylo’s activities will be compatible with the science and technology (S&T) policies and as appropriate it will contribute to the development of  local and national innovative capacity. When appropriate, perform science and technology development work to address local market needs, as well as employ local personnel in an S&T capacity and encourage their training, taking into account commercial needs. Where relevant to commercial objectives, develop ties with local universities, public research institutions, and participate in co-operative research projects with local industry or industry associations.

 

COMPETITION
Aylo will carry out its activities in a manner consistent with all applicable competition laws and regulations, taking into account the competition laws of all jurisdictions in which the activities may have anticompetitive effects. Refrain from entering into or carrying out anticompetitive agreements among competitors. Co-operate with investigating competition authorities by providing responses as promptly and completely as practicable to requests for information.

 

TAXATION
Make timely payment of tax liabilities and by that contribute to public finances. Treat tax governance and tax compliance as important elements of their oversight and broader risk management systems.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
To provide and maintain a safe work environment and integrate sound health and safety management practices into its business.

 

POLLUTION PREVENTION AND RESOURCE REDUCTION
Waste of all types, including water and energy, are to be reduced or eliminated by modifying production, maintenance and facility processes, materials substitution, conservation, recycling and re-using materials.

 

ETHICS
Apply the highest standards of ethics in every aspect of business, including relationships, practices, sourcing, and operations.

 

BUSINESS INTEGRITY
Not engage in corruption, extortion or bribery to obtain an unfair or improper advantage. Comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations. All business dealings will be transparently performed and accurately reflected on business books and records.

 

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Accurately record information regarding its business activities, structure, labor, financial situation, health and safety, and environmental practices and shall disclose such information, without falsification or misrepresentation, to all appropriate parties.

 

PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Respect and protect intellectual property rights and customer information.

 

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
